Make sure that the kids get a camera in their hands on the first day! Also, take some time to create class rules. If they come up with the rules themselves, they may be more likely to follow them, so I was told. This worked decently well, there wasn't excessive rule-breaking in the long term, though the kids were less than excited while making the rules.
